IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS!
Margery and Gordon have asked us to tell you to please make sure all your suitcases have name and address labels on the outside and also put a label INSIDE with your home address, and the address and phone# of La Rochelle in case the suitcase gets lost: La Rochelle Hotel, Mutare, Zimbabwe, Phone # (from US) 011 263 20 22250.
Please have at least 2 copies of your passport, one to give to Gordon, and one to carry with you for ID in Zimbabwe. Your regular passport will be put in the safe on arrival at LaRochelle, so it won’t get stolen or lost.
REMEMBER: You may have only ONE carry-on bag when we leave Heathrow airport in England. That means purses, laptops, cameras, etc. must all fit in your one carry-on.
